Vibrant, robust health and a disease-free life is your birthright, but it is also your responsibility. This revolutionary health course will give you the enlightening information, the empowering tools, and the professional support that you need to create a healthy, well-toned body. Since being both physiologically in-the-pink and physically fit allows emotional well-being to flourish, to be the healthiest and happiest you can be, you need the knowledge and insights this course offers.

This course is truly, "Health 101". The principles of vibrant health are deceptively simple, and the causes of disease and its prevention are known... they're just not common knowledge. This course exists to remedy that.

And although it's not rocket science, you still need a thorough understanding of the requisites of vibrant health if you want to achieve your health and happiness potentials. The expert guidance you will receive during this course is essential for making positive changes in your life, both the positive changes that you want, and the positive changes that you never would have imagined were possible.

After the class day ends on Saturday, students are welcome to stick around and socialize (some students and instructors will be staying overnight on property). There will be some health-related videos to watch if desired, and some time spent around the campfire (weather permitting). An excellent opportunity to spend some non-structured time in a social setting with like-minded folks.

And there will be a Sunday morning pre-class yoga session for those wanting to experience the joys of gentle yoga. New to yoga? This is for you! A yoga enthusiast? You'll love it too!

Additionally there will be time for chatting and socializing, swimming in the lake (weather permitting), and plenty of Q&A and discussion.
